Ham Steak or Thick Cut Steak

Cook's Bone-In Ham Steaks are fully cooked and ready-to-eat, or you may heat them using the following directions.

Pan Fry Instructions

Remove wrapper. Apply your favorite glaze if desired. Cook steak in a preheated pan at medium setting. Cook approximately 3 minutes each side for Ham Steaks or approximately 8 minutes each side for Thick-Cut Ham Steaks.

Microwave Instructions

Remove wrapper. To prevent curling, make several cuts in edge of steak. Place on microwave safe dish and cover with paper towel. In 1000 watt microwave, cook approximately 5 minutes for Ham Steaks or approximately 8 1/2 minutes for Thick-Cut Ham Steaks. Apply your favorite glaze if desired.

Grill/Broil Instructions

Remove wrapper. Apply your favorite glaze if desired. Preheat grill on medium high/broiler on high. Set broiler pan 3 inches from heat. Cook approximately 3 minutes each side for Ham Steaks or approximately 6 minutes each side for Thick-Cut Ham Steaks.
