Removing the skin, excess fat and the shank bone, Cook's Skinless Shankless Hams are leaner and easier to cut than a traditional bone-in ham. Yet with only one bone removed, your family will still enjoy more of that traditional bone-in flavor while having the convenience and value of less bone and more lean meat.
